Freight Sales Rep / Account Executive

Entry-Level Freight Sales (We Train)

Full-time

No experience? Good — some of our best walked in green.

  • We train freight from zero. Tom and Axel started with no book and no background.
  • Competitive, coachable, relentless on the phone — that's the whole job description to start.
  • Structured ramp: base while you learn, then a gross-margin ramp that steps you toward a full AE split.
  • Clear path up. Prove it on the phones and you're running your own book.

Independent Freight Agent (1099)

Bring your book, keep more of it.

  • Run your book on our TMS with full back-office and carrier ops handling the load behind you.
  • Splits that scale with you: 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 — you earn when we earn.
  • Remote, nationwide. Your relationships, your hours, our infrastructure.
  • No overhead to carry, no ops to babysit. Just the freight and the margin.

Freight Claims Specialist

Full-time

Own the recovery. Protect the margin.

  • Run carrier cargo claims end to end — OS&D, damage, shortage, loss — and recover from the carrier, not the customer.
  • File against carrier cargo insurance and surety bonds; pursue subrogation until the money comes back.
  • You're the compliance backbone: NOAs, factor-of-record, and the paperwork that keeps payments clean.
  • High-leverage, low-drama seat — dry-van freight means fewer catastrophic claims and cleaner files.
